ZipSage provides relocation intelligence and city-matching services based on user-submitted survey data. The Service analyzes publicly available data including housing costs, tax rates, crime statistics, employment data, walkability scores, and other factors to generate personalized city recommendations.

By completing the ZipSage survey and submitting your email address, you acknowledge and consent to the following data practices:
By using ZipSage, you consent to us sharing your data — including name, email address, income range, location, demographic information, and survey responses — with third-party partners. These partners may include real estate platforms, financial services companies, mortgage lenders, relocation service providers, insurance companies, employers, and advertisers. This data sharing is a core part of how ZipSage operates as a business.

We will not sell your individually identifiable sensitive data (LGBTQ+ identity, specific religious affiliation, specific disability status) as a standalone product. However, this data may be used in aggregate, anonymized form or to improve targeting within the ZipSage platform.
You may opt out of third-party data sharing by emailing support@zipsage.com. Note that opting out may limit your ability to receive relevant offers and recommendations.
ZipSage reports are sold as one-time digital purchases processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed clearly before purchase.
ZipSage uses data from government sources, publicly available databases, and third-party providers including Zillow, the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the FBI Uniform Crime Report, NOAA, Walk Score, the Human Rights Campaign, and others. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any data.
Data is updated periodically and may not reflect current market conditions. City rankings and purchasing power estimates are models — actual results will vary based on individual circumstances.
All content, design, code, data compilations, and reports generated by ZipSage are the property of Enki Holdings LLC DBA ZipSage. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly display ZipSage reports without written permission.
Your personal report is licensed for your individual, non-commercial use only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enki Holdings LLC DBA ZipSage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of the Service or any relocation decisions made based on ZipSage data.
Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable report.
Please read carefully: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of ZipSage shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
Arbitration shall take place in the State of Maryland. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland without regard to conflict of law principles.
You have 30 days from first use of the Service to opt out of arbitration by emailing support@zipsage.com with subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out."
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
